Properties: It is yellowish white powder, can tolerate acid and alkali, and resistant to electrolytes and heat. As cream texture enhancer and viscosity adjustment used with other emulsifiers and viscosity modifiers that makes more concentrated liquid and stabilize meat emulsion. Make the product have a good texture, PH 6.0-8.0. Instruction is to dissolve in the glycol or the extract. Then, combine while water is warm.
